No Refund on Advance Payments
- Once an advance payment is made and the project work has started, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. The advance payment is considered a commitment to the project, and we begin allocating resources and dedicating time to your project from that point onwards.

Project Commencement
- A project is considered started once we have received the agreed advance payment and have initiated the planning, research, design, or development phase of your project.

Cancellation by the Client
- If you decide to cancel the project after the commencement, no refunds will be issued for any payments made, including the advance or any subsequent milestone payments.

Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds will only be considered in cases where DC Designer has failed to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the project contract. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision to refund will be at the sole discretion of DC Designer.

Client Satisfaction
- We are committed to ensuring that all deliverables meet the agreed-upon standards and requirements. Should there be any issues during the project, we encourage open communication so we can make necessary revisions to meet your expectations.

Modifications and Revisions
- Once the project is started, any additional modifications or revisions outside of the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges, but these will not affect the non-refundable status of any payments made.
